Join our operations team to manage day-to-day freight movements for import and export clients.
Responsibilities:
- Book and monitor sea, land, and air shipments
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients
- Update clients on ETA and delivery status
Requirements:
- Experience in freight operations or customer service
- Good knowledge of Incoterms
- English and Turkish; Arabic is a plus
